About your new employer:

- They specialise in commercial litigation, class actions and dispute resolution with complex and high-stake matters, acting for sophisticated clientele.
About the role:
- Working with the Principal and other experienced Senior Litigators.
- Working on a broad variety of commercial litigation matters, such as dispute resolution, contract disputes, misleading and deceptive conduct disputes, product liability and fraud, etc.
- Exposure to high value, complex, and sometimes high profile, matters that will shape your next few years
- The role is replacing a Senior Associate who has gone to the bar.
The ideal candidate:
- Mid-senior Lawyer with 2-6 years PQE, and prior experience working on litigated matters.
- A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university, underpinned by strong academic records.
- Can autonomously manage your own matters with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills & meticulous attention to detail.
