Snowball's client, Manukora (B Corp), is the leading Manuka honey in the USA, delivering the best honey on the planet to >500,000 customers per year. They are looking to create engaging content to authentically tell the special story of this amazing product, and bring the brand to life through short-form in an elevated way. We’re looking for someone who will bring their joy of storytelling and creativity into every piece of media created. Passion for social media is required, as well as genuine excitement for what Manukora is building.
You won’t be at it alone, either. You’ll also be getting guidance from the very same people that have cumulatively grown YouTube channels to 27M subscribers & 10B views, using some of the most innovative creative formats. You'll develop an enviable skillset and make a meaningful impact.
What You'll Do
In this brand new role, you’ll have the opportunity to drive the video content efforts of the company in New Zealand! You’ll be visiting beekeepers and facilities in some of the most amazing parts of New Zealand (coastal Northland, Great Barrier, Coromandel, East Cape, Whanganui River etc.) to capture authentic stories and produce engaging content.
You’ll work alongside Snowball and Manukora's leadership to craft and execute comprehensive content strategies for YouTube, TikTok, and other social media platforms, aligning with Manukora’s brand vision and objectives. You’ll oversee the entire production process from concept to delivery, and ensure creative ideas are brought to life effectively and efficiently. This will serve as an exceptional learning experience, and you will develop an enviable skillset.
You should be comfortable being able to work autonomously as well as collaborating cross functionally with other internal teams to ensure a cohesive brand message and strategy across all platforms.

This position is meant to start as a contractor, but has the opportunity to become a full-time position upon performance in the role.
