What you will do:
If you love doing a bit of everything in the People and Culture space, you will love this role!
This is a true generalist position: you will be working with and supporting our Education team across 9 (soon to be 10!) Aspect schools and associated satellite sites/classrooms. You will be consulting and collaborating with Aspect School Principals, their teams and the Education Leadership team on a wide range of people, culture and safety matters including recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, workforce planning, talent mapping, injury management, employee safety and wellbeing and implementing PCS projects and initiatives.
You will work closely with others members of the People, Culture & Safety (PCS) team: Workplace Relations Manager, Safety and Wellbeing Manager, Talent Acquisition Consultant, Recovery at Work Coordinator and our People Services and Payroll teams.
