Volunteer Online English Teacher - Help Teach English to Ukrainian Learners

Would you like to make a meaningful impact in just 2-6 hours a week?

The Educational Equality Institute (TEEI) is seeking compassionate and committed Volunteer Online English Teachers to join our Structured Language Program. In this role, you will provide crucial language support to those who need it most, helping Ukrainian students build essential English skills as they rebuild their lives.

In this position, you will:

• Host interactive, online English classes 2-3 times per week for a duration of 2-3 months.
• Use TEEI-provided resources or your own teaching materials to create tailored, effective lesson plans.
• Create an engaging virtual classroom environment that fosters confidence and learning.
• Track student progress and provide feedback to support their development.
• Work collaboratively with TEEI’s education team to enhance the overall learning experience.

We're on the lookout for awesome individuals who:

• Are fluent in English (additional knowledge of Ukrainian or Russian is a plus, but not necessary).
• Have prior teaching or tutoring experience (preferred but not mandatory).
• Are comfortable using virtual platforms and online teaching tools.
• Possess strong interpersonal skills, patience, and adaptability.
• Can commit 2-6 hours per week for the program’s duration of 2-3 months.
