About the Opportunity: This exciting role requires a highly organised Business Support Officer with superior attention to detail, the ability to meet tight deadlines, and juggle multiple critical requests. The successful candidate will be assertive, dependable and possess the ability to complete complex tasks and projects quickly, accurately and with a high degree of autonomy. You’re the type of person who sees what needs to be done and does it, always thinking one step ahead. You love identifying ways to streamline processes and make things better.
In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our financial operations and administrative processes. You’ll manage important day-to-day workflow, such as invoicing, managing shared mailboxes, bookkeeping (using Xero), client documentation and reports, conducting project reviews, to ensure smooth functioning of the business. No two days are the same, and you’ll be entrusted with responsibilities that directly impact our success.
You’ll maintain accurate financial records, and keep our finances on track with Xero. Using Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Excel, SharePoint, TEAMS), you’ll collaborate with a close-knit, friendly team that values your input and initiative, whilst you keep our internal systems running smoothly.
