We are seeking an experienced Clinical Recruitment and Training Lead who will play a crucial role in providing direction to Virtual Health Clinical Leadership and Workforce support teams to ensure efficacious recruitment and delivery of training within Virtual Health. This will ensure high quality patient care through evidence-based guidelines and protocols; drive continuous improvement and compliance with regulatory standards. This is a full-time fixed-term position that will see you engaged until 30 June 2026.

Roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • lead Virtual Health teams to improve recruitment, training processes, and patient care standards,
  • collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define training deliverables and ensure quality care,
  • oversee staff recruitment, management, development, and performance appraisal.
  • develop, implement, and evaluate education programs and staff development initiatives,
  • manage budgets, action research, quality assurance programs, and on-call responsibilities,
  • uphold ethical practices, support Virtual Health Clinicians, and align with Aspen Medical’s Social Purpose and B Corp principles.

Essential experience and qualifications:

  • Registered nurse with 3+ years of healthcare experience and AHPRA registration.
  • Expertise in Virtual Health Services and patient care quality standards.
  • Strong communication, adaptability, and client-focused approach.
  • Leadership skills with experience in team management, budgeting, and training programs.
  • Expertise in quality governance, accreditation, compliance, and risk management (highly desirable).
  • Knowledge in clinical Learning Management Systems and industry best practices (highly desirable).
  • Commitment to staying updated on healthcare trends and emerging technologies (highly desirable).
