We are seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Occupational Therapists based in the ACT. We would also consider applications from Physiotherapists, Psychologists and/or Rehabilitation Counsellors.

- Qualifications & experience
AHPRA Registration - Required
Australian Drivers License - Required
Current Police Check - Required
NDIS Worker Screening - Desirable
NDIS experience or knowledge - Desirable
Strong communication skills
Tasks & responsibilities
- Conduct initial rehabilitation needs assessments.
- Develop comprehensive rehabilitation plans to guide return to work and / or recovery.
- Conduct functional assessments, ADL assessments, workplace and ergonomic assessments.
- Rehabilitation case management.
