About the Role

Due to organisational expansion, we are seeking one Senior Test Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work within Agile Development, conducting thorough software testing to ensure quality and meet customer expectations. You will interpret business and functional requirements, understand system impacts, and design, test, and document test plans to enhance customer business efficiency, productivity, and compliance. This role is offered on a maximum-term contract of 6 months.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end testing for software/services, including design, estimation, and test development.
  • Perform both Functional and Non-Functional testing.
  • Define and ensure availability of the test execution environment, data, resources, and tools.
  • Analyse complex business scenarios and create appropriate test cases.
  • Be familiar with the Defect Management Lifecycle.
  • Review test suites, designs, and cases.
  • Mentor junior team members.

About You

  • Minimum 5 years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of testing practices.
  • Advanced proficiency in Test management tools.
  • Proficient in Automation principles, scripting and tooling for Clients or APIs.
  • Proficient in REST and SOAP Standards, and automation for REST/SOAP Testing.
  • Basic Performance Testing skills using tools such as JMeter.
  • Understanding of Cloud provider services, including AWS.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Desirable: familiar with automated test tools such as Katalon Studio or similar.
  • Desirable: experience with Private Health Insurance practices.
