The Role:

As a Strategic Sales Advisor at Dashdot, you will own the entire client journey—from prospecting to closing. This role is perfect for a proactive, results-oriented professional with a passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional value.

You will leverage opportunities from our outreach team, inbound marketing, and proactive engagement with leads. This role is designed for a “hunter” who thrives on creating opportunities and driving growth through strategic, consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities:

Pipeline Management: Take ownership of leads from various sources—outreach efforts, inbound marketing, and proactive pipeline engagement.

Lead Qualification: Conduct thorough discovery to align client needs with Dashdot’s solutions, ensuring optimal outcomes.

Sales Pipeline Growth: Build and maintain a robust pipeline by proactively identifying and engaging new opportunities.

Discovery and Strategy Sessions: Lead impactful sessions to understand client goals and position tailored solutions.

End-to-End Sales Management: Guide clients through the entire sales process, ensuring smooth transitions and excellent communication.

Closing Success: Achieve a 40% close rate on qualified leads using proven consultative techniques.

Performance Goals: Consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue targets

Client Satisfaction: Ensure seamless handovers to service teams, maintaining trust and satisfaction throughout the client journey.

Process Improvement: Contribute insights to refine strategies, keeping Dashdot aligned with client needs and market trends.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in high-ticket sales, with a strong track record of closing high-value deals.
  • Expertise in building and managing a sales pipeline.
  • A proactive, adaptable mindset with a passion for finding and closing opportunities.
  • Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and digital sales platforms.
