About the Role
PANDA is seeking a skilled Volunteer Program Lead to redesign and enhance our volunteer framework, aligning it with the National Standards for Volunteer Involvement. This critical short-term role focuses on reviewing and redeveloping our current volunteer program to ensure it meets best practices and supports PANDAβs mission.
The role will also oversee volunteer recruitment, onboarding, training, and engagement, fostering a positive and inclusive environment. Youβll play a pivotal role in shaping a structured, effective, and impactful volunteer program.
About You
You are an experienced volunteer program professional with a proven track record in designing and implementing volunteer frameworks aligned with best practices. Your expertise includes creating compliant programs, recruiting and managing volunteers, and driving continuous improvement. Experience in the not-for-profit sector, mental health, or managing remote teams is highly regarded.
